Getting Started

The first thing to do is to download our media kit so you can get familiar with our company and how the process works. After reading the media kit send us a email or give us a call to get started or if you have any questions or want more information.

Communication between yourself and our production team will help us get to know your company better from your point of view. Our first initial conversation our production team will provide ideas from our experience what visual story you’d like to tell based on your ideas. The most important factor from our experience is that the video needs to show the consumer why they want to visit your place or would like your service.  If a Voice Over is required then we will consult with you to begin to write a script. Our production team and writers take great care in making sure that the video encompasses your ideas. Our production team will also go over with you the video shot list so that we get the shots that you want to show the consumer. 

After consulting with you and the script and shot list have been approved, we will set up a date for our production team to come to your location for filming. Filming can take from 90 minutes to a full day depending on which style of video you are looking to have produced.

5. Signing of agreement
6. Book filming date

In fourteen business days from the date of filming ,your video will be uploaded onto Virtual Tourism Network and embedded code and link provided to your webmaster.
